I liked the choices they had, and the personalization part was actually good. It took me a minute to figure it out, not in a bad way, just like my brain needed to catch up a little. Overall, easy enough and nice to use.

The site did what I needed, so that’s good, I guess. Navigation was okay overall, but it felt a little clunky in places and not super smooth. it wasn’t terrible at all, just kind of annoying sometimes.

I was ready to buy, but the checkout kept failing over and over. I tried refreshing, re-entering my info, all of that, and it still wouldn’t go through. Super frustrating, and I started regretting even deciding to shop here. I ended up just giving up.

A lot of the stuff looked similar to what I’ve seen in other shops, so it didn’t feel as special as I expected. I also got the feeling that when I had questions or concerns, nobody really wanted to take ownership or help sort things out. It was just kind of passed around, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating.

I had a small issue and contacted them, making sure to keep the details and messages just in case. To be fair, they handled it quickly and got it fixed without any drama. Glad I didn’t have to chase it up too much.

They had a nice range of cards to choose from, and I ended up finding what I needed easily. I was kind of just browsing at first, but then... yeah, it worked out

My order arrived in rough shape, bent, with the corners all bashed in. whoever packed it did a poor job because the packaging barely protected it at all. The paper already looked messy before I even got to use it, which is really frustrating considering the price. I emailed about it, but I still haven’t gotten a proper fix. Really disappointed and I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered from Paper Luxe the items themselves were nice and looked pretty much like I expected. The annoying part was trying to get any kind of answer from customer service. I messaged them about my order and then just sat there waiting for days, which always makes me a little suspicious about how much they actually care once they have your money.
When they finally got back to me, they were polite enough, but the reply didn’t really solve anything and I had to follow up again. It wasn’t a total disaster, but slow and vague support doesn’t exactly make me feel confident. I liked the products, but I’m not sure I’d be quick to order from them again.

I opened my order and right away noticed some of the colors weren’t what I picked. Also, kind of random, but the envelopes were missing too. I was excited to use everything, so it was frustrating having to stop and figure out what was wrong with the order.

The site said the items were in stock, so I went ahead and placed my order. But after I paid, I got a message saying they weren’t actually available. That really annoyed me and made me distrust the whole process a bit. If something isn’t in stock, it shouldn’t let you buy it. They really need to keep their inventory updated better

The packaging was bad. The corners were already bent when it arrived, and the box looked like it had been reused or was just really cheap. I mean, for paper items, you’d think they’d pack it a little more carefully. The product itself might’ve been fine, but the way it showed up just ruined it for me. I don’t think I’d order again.

My order got here sooner than I thought, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was decent and everything arrived in good shape. I’m holding back one star because it did take a bit to actually ship out, but overall it was a smooth experience

I ordered from paper-luxe.com because a few of the designs really caught my eye, they do have some nice-looking stuff. When it arrived, I liked it, but the paper quality felt just okay to me. For the price, I was expecting it to feel a bit more special.

By the time shipping and the little extras were added on, the total felt steep. I could see myself buying again if there’s a good sale, but at full price, it’s hard for me to justify.

I ordered this for a birthday, and of course the package decided to show up late like some kind of VIP guest. Updates were basically non-existent, so I had to play Detective Delivery Tracker myself and chase it down. The paper was nice enough, sure, but the whole delivery mess made it hard to trust them again.

I ordered from paper-luxe because the site looked cute right away, and I just assumed the cards would have the same clean vibe. They did. The designs are soft, simple, and not overly busy, which I appreciate because a lot of cards can feel kind of cluttered.
I’m giving 4 stars only because I quickly noticed a few styles felt similar, and I was hoping for a couple bolder options. Still, everything feels tasteful and pretty, and I’d definitely order from them again

I went there hoping to find some nice stationery, but the selection was disappointing. There wasn’t much to choose from and a lot of it looked like the same kind of stuff. I also got frustrated waiting around just to realize they didn’t really have anything I wanted. I ended up leaving and buying stationery somewhere else

I came across some really cute stuff here and it felt like a nice option for gifts. it was nicer than...

I’m happy with this paper. It feels thick and smooth, and my prints came out really clean. A few of the corners were a little bent when it arrived, so I knocked off a star for that, and it is a bit on the pricey side. But overall, the quality is solid and I’d still say it’s worth getting.
